Processing:
We do not have candles sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold. Each candle is made up when an order is placed, ensuring your candle is fresh and not sitting around gathering dust!
Therefore, each order may take up to 7 days to be processed and ready for shipment. During the holidays, this time frame will be closer to the 7 day time frame.
Returns:
If an order arrives and there is breakage or an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days. If an item is broken, please keep it and the original packaging it arrived in for UPS inspection (if needed). Broken items will be replaced with identical items, no exchanges. Unfortunately, we can't accept candles that have already been burned.
It can be hard to know if you'll like a scent or not without having smelled it "in person". If you are debating over a scent, please email us with your mailing address and the scent(s) you are curious about and we will send up to 5 complimentary scented papers for you to smell!
